UHF RFID PVC Card

  • Product Code: UHF RFID PVC Card

UHF RFID (Ultra High Frequency Radio Frequency Identification) is a non-contact automatic identification technology with radio waves as its carrier. The basic operating frequency of UHF RFID is usually the frequency range of 860-960MHz. UHF RFID technology has the characteristics of long-distance reading (10-20m), high concurrent reading ability, good penetration and anti-jamming ability. Compared with traditional barcode technology, UHF RFID labels can be read without line of sight, and can achieve rapid, batch reading and automatic data collection, and can be used in complex environments for object identification and tracking.

Our UHF tag card encapsulates the UHF chip using 100% pure PVC material. The high-temperature hot pressing process makes the product sealed perfectly and the surface flat. The label itself has good reading performance, fully complies with the ISO18000-6C specification, and has a basic operating frequency of 860-960MHz. The surface of the tag card has the option for color pattern, barcode data, and card number data customization, and the material can also be modified using adhesives, punching and more, based on application requirements.

Product Features

1. Material and Structural Design

UHF RFID PVC cards are constructed using polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material. PVC is a durable & flexible material which offers great wear resistance making it suitable for many applications in various environments. The structural components of a UHF RFID PVC card include:

Microchip- The microchip features data storage capability while also communicating wirelessly in the UHF band. With EPC Class 1 Gen 2 and ISO 18000-6C protocol compatibility, it ensures global versatility.

Antenna- The antenna is embedded into the card structure for advantages associated with the shape of this design, helping to enhance the stability and the reading distance.

Packaging process- The card is manufactured using a standard CR80 size of 85.7mm x 53.9mm providing a generic international standard and able to integrate into existing components.
