At Atlas HCS, customer satisfaction is important to us. Return requests are evaluated in accordance with applicable regulations and the nature of the products supplied.

Return Conditions

Return requests may be submitted within the legally applicable period.Products must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.

All accessories, manuals and accompanying documents must be included.

Products damaged due to misuse, physical damage or improper handling may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

Customers are required to contact Atlas HCS before sending any products back. Returned products will be inspected and processed if they meet the return requirements.

Special Order Products

Products specially ordered, customized or procured specifically for customer requirements may not be eligible for cancellation or return.

Damaged Products

Customers are advised to inspect shipments upon delivery and report any shipping damage immediately.
